Every Volakk veil is handcrafted to order. Please allow 3-5 weeks for production before your order is shipped. Once completed, we offer worldwide shipping via premium carriers.
- Domestic (China): 2-5 business days
- International: 7-14 business days depending on location
Return Policy
Due to the delicate and custom nature of our veils, all sales are final. We meticulously inspect each piece before shipping to ensure it meets our high standards of quality. In the unlikely event of damage during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
